Weight is a topic of concern for many people, yet it is only an outer symptom of the relative balance or imbalance in our body/mind system. While appropriate food and exercise are important factors, our minds, emotions, and experiences "ingested" through our 5 senses have as much impact on our well-being - and our weight - as the foods we consume. Inspired by a book of this title written by Deepak Chopra, this class could also be titled "Perfect Health" as our weight and health are closely related. Whether you'd like your weight to be other than it is, or you're happy with your current weight and just want to deepen your self-compassion and relationship with your body, this class will be of benefit.
