Service Description

25 minute gentle yoga class. Includes mindful movement practice, meditation or relaxation, and words of inspiration. Modifications are given to support you in adapting the practice to your individual needs. While video is provided for clarification of instruction, students are encouraged to tune inward and practice with an attitude of self-honoring. Classes run 6 weeks on, 1 week off.
