Gentle yoga and meditation practices oriented around the theme of Being Peace. Our greatest gift to others, or to any situation in which we find ourselves, is our state of consciousness. We can only give what we are and what we have. Cultivating peace within us, our presence contributes peace to others, and ultimately to the wider world.
