YOGA & WELLNESS

The key to well-being is not the big things we do once in a while, but rather small frequent investments in ourselves. How we care for ourselves is the foundation for our relationships with others, and for all we do in the world. These classes are designed to support you in being your best, within a time frame that can comfortably fit your schedule. An attitude of self-acceptance and honoring oneself is encouraged.

MOVEMENT & MEDITATION FOR EVERY BODY

Taking care of your well-being doesn’t have to take a lot of time.  

25-minute audio class provided via zoom.  

Gentle movement and guided meditation connect us with our bodies and center our minds.  Modifications are given to allow you to adapt the experience to your needs.


Live calls: Saturdays 10-10:25am ET


Link to recording of each class provided to all registrants, and available for a full week.  Practice at a time that best fits your schedule, and repeat the practice as often as you wish.
