How we care for ourselves is the foundation for our relationships with others, and for all we do in the world. These classes are designed to support you in being your best, within a time frame that can comfortably fit your schedule. An attitude of self-acceptance and honoring oneself is encouraged.

Gentle movement and guided meditation connect us with our bodies and center our minds. Modifications are given to allow you to adapt the experience to your needs.
