These classes are designed to support you in being your best, within a time frame that can comfortably fit your schedule. An attitude of self-acceptance and honoring oneself is encouraged.

Taking care of your well-being doesn’t have to take a lot of time.
Gentle movement and guided meditation connect us with our bodies and center our minds. Modifications are given to allow you to adapt the experience to your needs.
Live classes (online): Saturdays 10-10:25am ET
Recording of class provided to all registrants, available for a full week. Practice at a time that best fits your schedule, and repeat the practice as often as you wish.
