The key to well-being is not the big things we do once in a while, but rather small frequent investments in ourselves. How we care for ourselves is the foundation for our relationships with others, and for all we do in the world. These classes are designed to support you in being your best, within a time frame that can comfortably fit your schedule. An attitude of self-acceptance and honoring oneself is encouraged.

MOVEMENT & MEDITATION FOR EVERY BODY

25 minute Online Class

Gentle movement and guided meditation connect us with our bodies and center our minds.  Modifications are given to allow you to adapt the experience to your needs.

 

Live classes via Zoom: Saturdays* 10-10:25am ET

Recording of class provided to all registrants for a limited time.

Practice at a time that best fits your schedule,

repeat the practice as often as you wish.

   Yoga practice helps us gain awareness and control of our bodies and minds for clearer communication with our equine partners.  

Through direct experience in our own bodies, we better understand our horses and collaborate with them for mutually rewarding partnership.
