These classes are designed to support you in being your best, within a time frame that can comfortably fit your schedule. An attitude of self-acceptance and honoring oneself is encouraged.

Gentle movement and guided meditation connect us with our bodies and center our minds. Modifications are given to allow you to adapt the experience to your needs.
Live classes via Zoom: Saturdays 10-10:25am ET
Recording of class provided to all registrants, available for the duration of the 6 week series.
Practice at a time that best fits your schedule,
