MOVEMENT & MEDITATION FOR EVERY BODY
Taking care of your well-being doesn't have to take a lot of time.
6 week series of short classes, oriented around a central theme.
Each 25-minute class includes gentle movement to release tension and connect us with our bodies, followed by a guided meditation to center our minds.
Saturdays 10 -10:25am ET via Zoom
